Inactive Account Manager For cPanelRichard Madison 1 year agoWe just starting using this module and it has identified about 7% of our customers. It's great that it can suspend old accounts and save cPanel costs, but for us, the best feature is it lets us identify which clients are planning on cancelling their account (or not renewing.). This lets us reach out to them and try to win them back with a coupon or free year renewal before their account expires. Another MG that save us time and helps generate more money.
